Upgrade that organization when it needs SSO, audit export, standard approvals, more than fifteen members, or a 180-day recovery window.

For a growing organization that needs SSO, audit export, standard governance, and room for up to fifty members.

Upgrade that organization when it needs advanced approvals, priority support, more than fifty members, or a 365-day recovery window.

## Business

For an established organization operating important methods under advanced policy, with up to one hundred members and priority support without an SLA.

## Enterprise boundary

Enterprise is designed rather than listed at a public price. It applies when rote becomes governed infrastructure across organizations, domains, regions, or regulated environments. Typical requirements include:

- SCIM and domain lifecycle;
- central policy across multiple organizations;
- residency, private networking, or isolated deployment;
- advanced operating controls;
- contractual commitments and assurance.

## Billing and ownership rules

- Each organization selects its own plan and appears as a separate subscription.
- Joining a paid organization does not upgrade a member's other organizations.
- Membership changes access, not ownership.
- Personal Plays remain with the person.
- Organization Plays remain with the organization.
- The recovery window is the period in which a deleted Play can be restored. It is not a storage or usage meter.
